Acceptance of Terms

By using bacosmetics.pk, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using our site.

Order Process

  • All orders are subject to product availability.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders (e.g., pricing errors, fraud suspicion).

Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are in PKR and inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank Transfer.

  • Note: Your card may be charged immediately for pre-orders.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines: 2-5 business days (urban), 5-10 days (rural).

  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery confirmation.

Returns & Refunds

  • Unopened products may be returned within 14 days.

  • Refunds processed within 7 business days (excluding shipping fees).

  • Non-returnable: Opened wax jars for hygiene reasons.

Intellectual Property

  • All content (logos, text, images) is owned by BA Cosmetics. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information during checkout.

  • Do not misuse discount codes or engage in fraudulent activity.

Limitation of Liability

BA Cosmetics is not liable for:

  • Allergic reactions (always patch-test first).

  • Delivery delays due to courier issues or force majeure.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved in Lahore Highcourt.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
