Eligibility

We accept returns for:
✅ Unopened/unused products (with original packaging)
✅ Defective/damaged items (report within 48 hours of delivery)

❌ Non-returnable:

  • Opened wax jars (hygiene reasons)

  • Sale/discounted items (unless defective)

Timeframe

  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Refunds processed within 7 business days after we receive the item.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email contact@bacosmetics.pk with:

    • Order number

    • Product photos (for damaged items)

    • Reason for return

  2. We’ll email a return authorization code and instructions.

Refund Methods

  • Original payment method (e.g., credit card, JazzCash).

  • Store credit (if preferred).

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently offer refunds only. To replace an item, place a new order.
